REGISTER

TEAM REQUIREMENTS

1. Complete Waiver of Liability Form. The form must be signed by parent/guardian and turned in by August 19, 2019 if given a spot on the team.

2. $100 Membership Fee. Initiation fee supports initial equipment purchase for players and funds practice time at the Hinsdale Community House and participation in competitive play.

3. Fund Raising. Team members will be requested to participate in fund raising activities to support club activities.

4. Attend. Plan to meet from 3:30-5:30 every Thursday as well as occasional tournaments during the season.

   TRYOUT REGISTRATION

   Tryouts have been completed for 2019-2020 season, check back in Spring 2020.

   SEASON

   November, 2018 thru February, 2019

   PRACTICES

   The club meets every Thursday for practices at the Hinsdale Community House in the upstairs fitness room (415 W. 8th Street, Hinsdale, IL).
